    要取得人身保險業務員的資格，所要考的專業科目有兩科："保險法規" 與 "保險實務"。
    共同科目為： "金融市場常識與職業道德"。
    準備經驗為：
    保險法規 與 保險實務 的內容是比較多的，在準備上，是先將課本讀過一遍，因為沒有相關的背景，所以讀得有點吃力，不過就不管它，先讀了再說，讀完整個章節後，也會試著作該章節的練習題，能記多少算多少，先求大概有個觀念即可，花了約一個月的時間，才讀完保險實務與保險法規。
    接著開始作考古題，發現，原來考題可以這麼靈活，一邊看每個章節的考題，把答錯的、不確定的題目作計號，再一邊再把課本的每個章節複習過，保險實務有七個章節，保險法規有五個章節，以每天一個章節來讀，也算蠻快就能讀完的，最後重新開始把考古題上有作計號的，再作複習，因為只需要看有作計號的部分，所以很快就能看完，這部分花了約三個星期。
